1. About these terms

This website is operated under the NOVA SHOP brand. In these Terms, “NOVA SHOP,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the store operator. By visiting the website, using its features, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from the storefront. If you do not agree, do not use the website or complete a purchase.

2. Purchases by adults

Purchases must be made by an adult who has legal capacity to enter into the transaction. The stories are designed for children to enjoy with a parent or caregiver, but the storefront and checkout are directed to adults. Information entered during checkout must be accurate, complete, and current, including an email address the purchaser can access.

3. Digital products

The NOVA SHOP US children’s collection consists of individual illustrated storybooks supplied in PDF format. No physical item is included or shipped. Cover images, mockups, and previews illustrate the digital product. A purchase includes only the story identified on the relevant product page and Hotmart checkout.

4. Pricing and taxes

Each story is currently listed at US$9.99 before applicable taxes. Hotmart calculates and displays any applicable taxes and the final amount before payment. Prices and offers may change for future purchases, but a change will not alter a completed transaction.

5. Hotmart checkout and access

Selecting “Buy This Story” redirects the purchaser to Hotmart. Hotmart operates the checkout, processes payment, displays applicable taxes, and provides the digital-access process for the selected offer. Use of Hotmart is also subject to the terms and privacy information presented by Hotmart.

After Hotmart confirms payment, follow the instructions sent to the purchase email or sign in at consumer.hotmart.com, open “My purchases,” and select the story. NOVA SHOP can help investigate access questions concerning its story files; Hotmart operates the payment-confirmation and delivery tools presented during the US purchase flow.

6. Personal-use license

Unless a product page states otherwise, a purchase grants the buyer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to read the digital story for personal household use. The story may not be resold, redistributed, uploaded publicly, sublicensed, shared through download groups, or used commercially. No copyright or other ownership right is transferred by the purchase.

7. Refunds

Refund requests are governed by the guarantee period and conditions shown by Hotmart for the active offer, the NOVA SHOP Refund Policy, and any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived. Review the applicable guarantee and final purchase information before paying.

8. Intellectual property

The stories, illustrations, branding, text, previews, and website content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names, platforms, and services remain the property of their respective owners.

9. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, extract content in bulk without authorization, impersonate another person, use false purchase information, or use the content in a way that violates law or third-party rights.

10. Third-party services

The website uses third-party services, including Shopify and Hotmart, and may use analytics and advertising services described in the Privacy Policy. Those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy notices. We do not control their uninterrupted operation, but this does not limit obligations or consumer rights that apply to NOVA SHOP.

11. Availability and corrections

We may correct errors, update descriptions, or discontinue future sales. If an error materially affects a completed purchase, we will provide support consistent with the purchase terms and applicable law. Website or third-party interruptions may occasionally delay access.

12. Disclaimers and liability

The stories are offered for entertainment, family reading, and general educational use. They are not medical, psychological, legal, or other professional advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NOVA SHOP is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or digital products. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

13. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. Hotmart separately handles information submitted on its checkout and buyer platforms under its own privacy notices.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms prospectively to reflect changes in products, processes, services, or legal requirements. The current version will be posted on this page with its effective date. Updates do not retroactively remove rights from a completed purchase.
