Digital products - no physical shipping

The NOVA SHOP US children’s stories are digital PDF products. No printed book or other physical item is mailed or shipped.

After Hotmart confirms payment, follow the digital-access instructions sent to the email address used at checkout or sign in at consumer.hotmart.com, open “My purchases,” and select the story.

If you cannot locate a purchased story, check the spam, junk, and promotions folders and confirm that you are using the same email address entered during purchase. For help, email soporte@usenovashop.com with the story title and Hotmart transaction number if available.

Physical shipping charges do not apply to these digital stories. Any amount added by Hotmart at checkout is shown before payment and may include applicable taxes, not physical shipping.
