For US story purchases, Hotmart operates the checkout and digital-access process. Access is generally released after Hotmart confirms payment. Hotmart creates a buyer account using the email address entered during checkout.
You can access a purchased ebook by following the instructions in the Hotmart confirmation email or by signing in at consumer.hotmart.com with the same email address used for the purchase, opening My purchases, and selecting the story.
If you cannot access a purchased story
- Confirm that Hotmart has approved the payment.
- Check the inbox, spam, junk, and promotions folders for the email address used at checkout.
- Sign in at consumer.hotmart.com with that same email address.
- Open My purchases and select the story.
- Contact soporte@usenovashop.com with the story title and Hotmart transaction number, if available.
